I Love Thomas Wright: of the Family: Cooper, do indeed have a private declaration made public to the people about the way I conduct my affairs, entitled ‘Public Notice of Private Law Self Executing Contract Claim of Rights; concerning the ONLY Lawful Status, Jurisdiction, Fee Scheduling, Adjudication Processes Of: “King” Love Thomas Wright; of the Family; Cooper via Sworn Declaration/Testimony”

I was traveling on Highway 89 S in Emigrant Montana, in a church-owned private vessel/transport which is with plates bearing a foreign flag on every corner of the plate; which flag is described as the PRE-COLONIAL Continental American Flag.

Suddenly there was a foreign commercial vehicle behind me that immediately started signaling WITH RED FLASHING LIGHTS, and I assumed that there was a state of emergency, as set forth in U.S. code regarding emergency vehicles and stops.

I was fully cooperative and pulled over as soon as there was a safe well lit area wherein to stop, which was also PRIVATE PROPERTY; the Old Saloon parking lot on the corner of Murphy Lane and Hwy 89.

Deputy Green, approached alleging to be a PEACE OFFICER of Park Co. Sheriff Dept., and approached my vessel with his GUN DRAWN, and knocked on my window WITH HIS GUN. When I saw his gun I immediately began to fear for my life, and I thought I was going to be murdered. I rolled down the window about 2 inches just enough to clearly communicate with Depty Green.

I said “do you understand that the red lights signal an EMERGENCY; and he said “yes I do, you were speeding and it was an emergency, so give me your license, insurance & registration.”

Depty Green addressed me before I identified myself by Mr. Cooper and said “Mr. Cooper do you have your license registration & insurance?”

I asked him WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH SUCH THINGS IF I HAVE THEM AND GIVE THEM TO YOU?”

He said make sure I have proper papers; despite being CLEARLY DEMARCATED that the vessel was WITHOUT HIS JURISDICTION.

I THEN explained to him that I’m not subject to Montana Annotated Codes and COMMERCIAL STATUTES, and that I have not contracted with the state of Montana, and have no obligation allegiance to the United States or ANY of its commercial states.

He then said “so you don’t have it?”

I then said I have SCC ID, that you can view for 15 minutes, and then I need that back as it is personal property; WHEREBY SERVING HIM NOTICE OF MY PRIVATE LAW AS EXPRESSED ON MY IDENTIFICATION AS: Subject to SCC Law only: Recorded on Clark County Nevada records booking INSTRUMENT #2009116-003.

He didn’t cease,nor EVEN LOOK AT IT in acknowledgement; HE HAD NO CARE OR CONCERN ABOUT IT.

I then said “sir, I am having a hard time communicating with you, please get your commanding officer .” He kept talking and I said “I’m feeling too threatened to talk to you, please get your commanding officer”. I then repeated several times; “please get your commanding officer”

After about less than 5 minutes, Deputy BLAKE BLATTER appeared on the scene.

Blake Blatter immediately said to me “Mr. Cooper you gotta get out ofthe car”, and I said “I do not want to get out of the car for I have broken no laws, I have harmed no man or their property. “ He said “you haven’t provided your license registration & insurance for Montana” I again said that “I’m in a different government; I have allegiance to the SCC.” He said “yes I know that, but you still need license insurance & registration for Montana.

I told him I’m not allowed to have those things as an SCC Citizen. He said “sir if you don’t get out of the car, we are going to bust the window open and we are going to take you out of the car one way or another.”

I then said “sir I feel threatened by your actions why can’t we just communicate?” to which he answered, “its GOOD YOU FEEL THREATENED”.

Then I SAID “WHAT!? Its good that I feel threatened??” That is when my heart started racing and I thought that he was going to murder me, and I just wanted to avoid them murdering me at this point.

Then I could hear Blatter talking to Green about how to hurt me, and I quote: “I’ll break the window, you spray him and then I’ll shoot him if he resists” in a low barratone looking between each other near the window

Then I screamed out PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, you don’t have to hurt me, I’ll get out of the car, but only if you agree and understand that this is an unlawful search and seizure”

Blatter then said and I quote: “YES I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS AN UNLAWFUL SEARCH & SEIZURE.” And then I said good, as long as you know that this is an unlawful search & seizure, I’m gonna take my left hand and reach around and unbuckle my seatbelt” Blatter then said “No, take the keys out of the ignition and hand them to me.”

I said I’m not giving you my keyes sir, this is the Sovereign Church of Christ’sproperty. I’m locking up my truck.” Then he said “I’ll give them to whoever you want me to give them to”

I said I want to give them to Newhouse, or my wife who is on her way to the scene,” and he said “No problem, just hand me the keys and I’ll give it to them”

I slowly started to exit the truck, and I had the keys up high, and I said “my wife, I want you to hand her the keys”

On the ride, I told Depty Green I am not allowed to give prints, urine or any biological property on myself. Green said we’ll just hold you and hold you and hold you, and you will never see daylight again if you don’t. Then he turned on some type of camera on me.

Once at the station, I protested that I did not want to give my prints, and another Depty (unknown) said that there is a good chance that you will NEVER EVER SEE A JUDGE IF YOU DON’T.

I said I hereby give prints and pictures under extreme duress, if you are going to kidnap and hold me forever if I don’t.

I wrote a small statement that this is under duress, and I requested that someone sign it as a witness, and they all refused saying “I’m not doing that”. SO I moved on and said, well when can I get my phone call. And they said right after you finish the booking procedure.\

I said alright, then went through the booking procedure, signed as a KIDNAP VICTIM UNDER DURESS on all paperwork.

Then I inquired “what about my phone call” and they said “You’ll get one” and then they put me in a holding cell by myself.

I then asked again for a phone call, and they brought me a hand truck with a phone on it (right outside the holding cell) which phone did not allow me to make a FREE CALL, but asked me for a debit card number, or make a collect call.

I tried making a couple of collect calls, to no avail, as the numbers were restricted, and the phone they gave me would not allow me to connect with anyone; it only allowed me to ask for a third party to PAY FOR A CALL, but they DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A FREE CALL.

I also had to reach outside of the bars t o dial, which was restrictive and painful everytime I tried to dial. It was a painful task to dial every digit. My arms were pinched in the bars attempting to press the buttons.

The next day I was still in the holding cell, another officer came over wearing a Livingston Police uniform. The first thing I asked was when do I get my phone call? I have not gotten an unrestricted phone call yet? To which he said, “you didn’t do your booking, and anyone who doesn’t do their booking doesn’t get a phone call”.

I then said sir, “you have it wrong, I did do the booking” and he said you didn’t take your prints and sign your paperwork”. I said under duress I did everything they asked me to do”. He said well, I don’t see where you took your prints at, and you didn;’t sign correctly. I said “sir, if there is something with a blank line on it, please give it to me, and I will sign it”, then he said “your paperwork has kidnap victim signed on it, your name isn’t kidnap victim”. I then asked him “are you the one who determines my signature?” then he said “I know that is not your name, your name isn’t kidnap victim”.

To which I just looked at him in a confusing manner as I had no idea what was going on.

He kept talking and I asked him to leave me alone now, and he just kept going, and I didn’t know what else to do.

At this current time of this writing, I have now been held ILLEGALLY, for 8 days with their full understanding that they are in violation of the Law.

Judge Budeski did NOT fine , charge me, set bail OR RELEASE ME, in violation of Montana Annotated code §46-9109

She threatened my counsel with contempt when stating their appearance as private counsel, and accussed us both of interfering with her proceeding because we did not accept her leading, and unclarified jurisdictional questions.

The Church PROPERTY (INCLUDING a GMC Silverado Truck, a cell phone, 2 9mm pistols, black checkbook, JVC camcorder, cannabis, and keys) were UNLAWFULLY REMOVED FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT MY CONSENT; the church was ROBBED BY THE PARK COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT, and as yet has not only refused to return property, but FURTHER CHARGED ME WITH GRAND THEFT AUTO, WHEN I HAD A PRIVATE BILL OF SALE IN THE GLOVE BOX, AS WELL AS MORE ORIGINAL COPIES WHICH HAVE BEEN PROVIDED TO THIS COURT AS EVIDENCE IN THE CASE FILE.

Deputy Blake Blatter is GUILTY of CONTRACT BREACH, as I agreed to hand over the keys UNDER THE CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE , with which he implicitly CONTRACTED WITH ME TO HAND OVER THE KEYS AND PROPERTY TO my wife Charisse:Randolph when she arrived on the scene, WHICH HE DID NOT DO. I therefore site breach of contract with PARK COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT.

I HAVE BEEN DENIED ARRAIGNMENT STATUS, although I appeared in Judge Budeski’s court and merely stated my RIGHTS, status and objections to being heard in her ‘court of no record’, to only get RE-JAILED, and get a ticket for ‘obstructing’,

I PLEAD GUILTY TO THESE FACTS NOT TO THE CRIMES, AND MY PUBLICLY RECORDED PRIVATE LAW AS REFLECTED.

I have been under extreme duress this entire time under threat of weapons and gunfire.

NO FACTS CAN BE SUBMITTED BY ONE WITH LIMITED LIABILITY, AND ANYTHING STATED BY ANY LIMITED LIABILITY ENTITY IS HEREBY CONSIDERED VOID AB INITIO.

I OPERATE IN AN UNLIMITED LIABILITY CAPACITY AS STATED IN MY PRIVATE LAW AS RECORDED FOR OVER A YEAR; I HAVE RIGHTS NOT PRIVILEDGES. NO ONE INSURED CAN SPEAK ON MY RIGHTS.

PARK COUNTY OFFICIALS have a VERY POOR UNDERSTANDING OF THE LAW AND THEIR OATHS OF OFFICE AS EVICENCED BY THEIR NUMEROUS BREACHES OF BOTH IN THIS INCIDENT.
