*************************************************************** Bill of Rights Violation alert by Wal-Mart Woodland Wal-Mart, Magnolia, TX. 16th of September, 2009. Spike! Of the Constitution Defenders is reporting an attempted Bill of Rights violation incident that happen in the Woodland Wal-Mart store close to Magnolia, TX. on the 16th of September, 2009. In my attempt to receive a wire transfer sent to me from a Defender member I was told by Wal-Mart customer service personnel to show them state id. I informed them that they were in violation of Article 5 of my Bill of Rights which means I do not have to supply them any documentation that could be used against me and I would not comply. They said they could not let me receive the wire where I supplied a reference number and a secrete question proving absolutely my position in this matter. The manager Mike was called in and I presented the Article 5 argument to him as well. He said the patriot act mandated that I produce state ID. I stated back to him that this was in direct violation of Article 5 of the Bill of Rights making it clear that I do not have to supply any legal, contract ional, statutory instrument that could be used to bind me into any jurisdictional relationship or used against me. This was also an attempt for invasion of my personal privacy therefore in violation of Article 4 as well of the Bill of Rights. I also further explained to him that no statutes, code, rules or regulations, executive orders or otherwise could overrule my Unalienable Rights that were endowed by the Creator and clearly specified in the Declaration of Independence and Article 6, paragraph 2 and 3 that the Constitution was the Supreme law of the land and all laws must be in pursuance and Judges and Legislators must be bound buy it. Wal-Mart let me obtained my wire without demanding State Id after a 45 minutes of back and fourth discussion on the matter. I was able to protect and maintain my Rights. This is a victory for, “The Order of the Constitution Defenders”. Let us know what is going on out there with you. Spike!

not Statutory legislative law. Understanding article 6 para. 2 there can simply be no statutory law repugnant to the Constitution. Statutory law is contract law. Under the Constitution there can be no force contracts. One of the questions that could be asked is should we null and void all contracts with the Fed, State, City, County based on fraud and none disclosure to be directly underneath the Constitution. Should we seek technically correctness in our relationship to Government in order to be in the lawful position? Spike!

The “The Order of Constitution Defenders” would like to wish a happy new year to all of the Defenders in America who represent the true Republic and display the Defender, “Colors”.
We would like you to know that membership is steadily increasing and we are now in eight states at this time.
The Defender would like to apologies to our members for the magazine not being updated lately but we operate with a small administrative staff and have been updating and improving the whole website and increasing our merchandise in the store as well. We are basically done with this two month hibernation and now back fully active and on the streets again.

I have
to apologize for my inability to join your organization due to lack of
funds. As I am a disabled Vet who is stuck
in Vet disability limbo its funny how when you get out of the military you
cease to exist as there concern even though you were shot and blown up.
"we the government" doesn't like to take care of its veterans just as much
as not taking care of America. They have basically turned into there own
little club who only accepts un-American heartless self indulged fools. I
don't understand that when Americans even give the hint of doing what is
stated in the Constitution, you know what I mean. We are considered
terrorists when it's the government who has terrified the fight out of the
American people who have the right to take what is ours. The problem is that
it has gone on for so long that people don't know what there missing. If
America was done this way back in the days of actual upholding of
constitutional rights there would have been immediate and decisive action
taken by the American people, but today sadly we the people have become we
the brainwashed or we the to busy to care until Ii get screwed. I could go
on all day with what I wish I could say publicly but I don't want to waste
your time I just mainly wanted to thank you for fighting for me and America
and I hope more and more people listen to the truth and fight past the fear
and brainwashing and believe and organize and act. thank you and know this I
will not let them tread on me.
