The Chemical Poisoning of the Tennessee River, Lakes and Tributaries

The Constitution Defenders was invited to attend the Chattanooga Bass Association meeting Monday Feb. 7^th, 2011. The meeting was put together by Justin Medley of the CBA to discuss the situation that is developing in the spraying of Tennessee River lakes system and tributaries with chemicals to fight off the Eurasian Water Milfoil weed that is growing rapidly here. The last time this was addressed the lake was spayed by TVA and guess what? Yes! The Bass fishing dropped off drastically and since it is a type of weed killer the question of its danger to people is still on going? The majority of the people swimming in the Tennessee lakes are not even aware of this spraying.

You may ask is this a Constitution issue? Well! It is if you study the Declaration of Independence under Life, Liberty and pursuit of Happiness. If Inalienable Rights get violated then it is a Constitutional issue. If the lakes are poisoned which deprives the happiness of others to use the lakes because of this action then we have a Constitutional violation which is the Supreme law of the Land. Just read the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence and then read Article 6^th of the Constitution which makes it clear it is the Supreme Law of the Land and comes before all other Statutes, Codes, Rules and Regulations.

What is generating the spraying effort is the affluent private homes around the lake that does not like the milfoil weed growing around there docks and shoreline boating area and they carry some political clout to motivate this activity. The question that is of tremendous concern is the detrimental effect of this spraying on a very long term basis. We must obtain a full understanding of which is the greater of two evils? Should we deal with the weed or the weed killer that TVA sprays in our lakes? What does your common sense tell you?

This chemical TVA wants to spray, Sonor Herbicide contains copper. Anybody remember Copper Hill? This is a serious issue folks and deserves serious attention. The Constitution Defenders will tract this effort and work with the CBA to help curb the effort to carry through this poisoning of our lakes under the Right of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Update Report and Summation of this year on our Constitution Defenders progress, 12/6/2010

In the last many months this year we have manage to meet with Ron Ramsey, Lieutenant Governor of Tennessee in Chattanooga in Buddies Shoe Shop, with Mike Scallia Defender State Represenative and I and several other people there listening to his campaign promises during his run for Governor. He was stating publicly to TV cameras and a newspaper reporter of his position of backing the Sovereignty of the State during this presentation. At this event I had the opportunity of asking, if the State was Sovereign which is the position you are maintaining then where did the Sovereignty of the State come from? I did not receive an immediate answer but I made the comment that it would have to be from the We the People would it not and he agreed with this understanding. So this left questions to be discussed at a later date. Our next meeting was in Nashville at the State Capital and Mike and I discussed further the Sovereign issue with Ron. This time the question was about what is private Sovereignty and what it meant to all of us as, We the People? Ron was very surprised with the presentation we delivered. We now have a standing invitation from Ron Ramsey, Lieutenant Governor of Tennessee to return to the Capital for another meeting and Mike and I will take advantage of this opportunity as soon as possible. Also we have had a one hour meeting with Sheriff Hammond down town Chattanooga and it went well. Attending was Mike Scallia, myself and Donny Harwood of the Bradley County Tea Party with a standing promise of another meeting. Since that time I have had some productive talks with Sheriff Mac a famous Constitutionalist out of Arizona who speaks and tours all over America. Sheriff Mac has said that he would love to meet with the Defenders and Sheriff Hammond as soon as possible and we are planning a big public event coming up this February, 2011 for Sheriff Mac. Stay tuned!!

The Defenders are also defending one of our own in Catoosa County who is incarcerated in the Catoosa Jail. A meeting has taken place with the public defender on her case since I have Power of Attorney and we are assisting in every way possible to prevail in her release including the providing of clothes in jail, commissary money, information gathering, obtaining of case files and Bill of Right scrutiny in creating court arguments to share with the public defender on the case. We have had victories in Houston and Montana. Stay tuned!!

The Defenders this year so far have back political candidates, example: Van Irion, for Senator, Ron Ramsey for Governor, Mark DeVol for Congress 3rd district, Brandon Dodds for Governor of Tennessee, attended gun shows, car shows, protested Red Light cameras, protested Mayor Littlefield on tax hikes, and worked with the COA, Chattanooga to impeach Mr. Littlefield, Montana tea party rally, Bradley County Tea party rally, Prayer in Schools Rally, Soddy Daisy, Rea County tea party rally, Polk County Tea Party meeting and soon will be speaking to the North Georgia tea party and hopefully the McMinnville tea party. The Federal Bureau of Investigation has added �Constitution defenders� to its list of dangers that require monitoring and surveillance. Examples of other dangerous elements according to the FBI include the Ku Klux Klan, neo-Nazis, and tax protestors.

�We can�t afford to wait until something bad happens before we take notice of people who may pose a danger,� declared Attorney General Eric Holder. �We have to consider the subtle indicators of potential enemies of the state.�

Foreclosure Fraud, 80 year old lady will be evicted if we don't act soon

This Foreclosure Fraud begins with my 7th and 12th Amendment Rights for having my choice of courts.

Upon discovery, fraud was revealed on the part of the alleged mortgage holder.

I chose to have the cause heard in the Proper Court of Law and Equity. (Constitution for the untied states of America as amended AD1791 amendment 12)

This matter of Foreclosure Fraud had been adjudicated and DECREED that CITI Mortgage is in default. And CITI Mortgage was issued a Permanent Restraining Order to stay 1000 feet from the property being foreclosed on. An order in which they did not obey.

The 11 Judicial District Court of Hamilton County & The General Sessions Court, City of Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee has usurped their authority by Ordering the Eviction of an 80 year old widow of a three (3) time recipient of the Purple Heart Veteran. This 3 time Purple Heart Veteran lost his life on April the 3rd 2006. He is buried in the Nation Cemetery here in Chattanooga, and was buried with honors.

The widow is now being forced by the Courts of Chattanooga, Hamilton County, TN to give up their home together of which they retired to in 2004. This couple were happily married for 53 years, when this Veteran lost his life to a massive heart attack.

Now this widows life and house hold are being disrupted by the Fraud that is being placed upon her by, the Courts, FANNIE MAE (a fraudulent arm of the Government) and now ReMax (the real estate listing company) that is ordering her eviction.

This Veteran's 80 year old widow's Life, Liberty and Health is in jeopardy and threatened by this Foreclosure Fraud.

The local Chattanooga City Council meeting last Tuesday pertaining to the discussion of the Judge ruling to over rule the peoples recall.

The Busy-bodies Have Their Eyes On You
A Spectacle in Hixson, Tennessee

    Are any of you reading this, truckers? Or do any of you own a Travel Trailer? Well, look out folks, the FBI may be surrounding your rig or trailer pretty soon. You see, all someone has to do if they don't like you, is call up the police and say, "I think there's a bomb in this trailer", and PRESTO, you'll have a grand display of cop cars with flashing lights around it...and don't forget the bomb squad and ATF! Well, just such a thing happened in Hixson, TN today.
    When you do something a little different than the norm, the busy-bodies of the area place their suspicious eyes on it. How dare a man want to convert a tractor trailer into a unique and cool travel trailer! How dare a man talk about our country's Constitution. How dare a man choose not to give State ID to a clerk at Ark Care Storage ( www.arkcarestorage.com )! Such is an abomination!
    Converting a tractor-trailer into a heavy-duty, self sufficient travel trailer, complete with a workshop, was one of many dreams a man had in life. A unique dream perhaps, but it's not against the law to my knowledge. This dream is currently partially realized. After many years, it's almost finished. But, this cool trailer needed to be stored for a while. A graveled lot of a storage facility seemed like a good place. It wasn't.
    After the clerk of Ark Care Storage placed an alarming call to the police bearing misguided assumptions, the law enforcement party fired up! They reported to Ark Care Storage in Hixson, TN around 2pm today, and encircled the trailer. They got their dogs out, and after a "woof, woof", they decided to drill a hole in it and snoop around with a camera. Nevermind that the brother of the out-of-town owner mentioned that the owner liked to go shooting, and there was small re-loader in there (which would have gunpowder residue). Nevermind that those dogs can be falsely alarmed by even powder residue on your shoes (ie. when returning from a shooting range) and also many harmless products found in many homes! Nevermind that FBI Agent Healy spoke to both the son of the owner, about it's harmless contents. The son was in it just 2 days prior, borrowing some photography equipment for a business startup, and saw nothing alarming. But, I said nevermind all that! Now, where was I? Oh, right...drilling! Well, they needed some room for that camera. Gee, I guess they forgot that part in the 4th Amendment of the Constitution, about getting a warrant before searching. And later, they had an even better idea. They took the door off! Yes, they went in and searched! And did they find a bomb or anything like unto it? No! No such thing ever existed!
    Now, I must not leave out that while they were doing all this, they evacuated about a 1.5 mile radius around it, affecting about 250 homes. And yes, that also meant blocking off roads, so the local people would have trouble conducting their daily affairs.
    All this time, taxpayer money, disruption of people's daily affairs, an unlawful search, and possible damage to property, (slander to the owner's name would have been added, if they had released his name or if he would have been present for the TV crew to capture his face) has been caused...because of the over-reaching imagination of a female clerk of a storage facility.
    Who knows what damage has been done inside. Did they break those fragile solar panels placed in the hallway floor for transit? Did one of the agents take some valuables and quickly stuff it in his pockets while the other agents were on the radio? Well, the owner won't know until he gets back from his business trip! What an interesting "welcome home" project he has to look forward to! I'm sure he'll like to thank the good clerk at the storage facility for accepting his money to care for his property...and then cause damage to his property. He'll also probably like to thank the FBI, ATF and other law enforcement for drilling and partially disassembling his property...and maybe breaking or stealing something along the way.
    But, this is what he gets for doing nothing wrong. This is what he gets for trying to build one super-cool trailer. This is what he gets for mentioning in conversation, that dirty word, "Constitution" (you know, that measly document which created our country and is the supreme law of our land) and exercising it's contents. After all, it's a crime to do things differently...even if you follow the law.

Information gathered from our Montana State Rep, Brandon Easterwood, on location in Livingston, Montana.

An incident of Arrest took place in Emigrant, Montana on Hwy 89 S where a Sovereign individual by the name of Love Thomas Wright: Family: Cooper was snatched and has been incarcerated in Emigrant Montana County Jail. He has been incased for 9 days with no bond provided. He has not be allowed to see anyone, including his council.
The continuing saga of this kidnapping is being played out at the Park County District Courthouse on E street in Livingston, MT. State Troopers are being brought in from all over the area. They are following the participants who are introducing litigation and also those who are there to show support and concern for Cooper's well being. An obvious display of intimidation!

My friend for many years, Leon, once said, �The best way to bring back the Republic is to simply live it�. I would like to encourage all of the Defenders in order to promote the Republic of 1776 to simply do business with each other under the Republic. Make a defender business a preferred business. As time goes on the national community grows and becomes larger and more influential in the community of man. Quit playing in the socialist, communist, dictator's sand box every chance you get. Strive to be self sufficient in every way to help you stay free. Help each other. Stick together. We will work to promote and bring more communication between Defenders on the website and to arm you with more Constitutional information to help you know what is the Constitutional position. Remember a Defender is an understanding. The Coat of Arms is simply a physical way to promote us and unite us in this understanding. Weather this site and organization exist or not does not change that understanding. A Defender is simply someone who is loyal to the Republic of 1776. Always move forward to this cause of freedom.     The Order of Constitution Defenders would like to wish a Happy New Year to all of the Defenders in America who represent the true Republic and display the Defender �Colors�.
    We would like you to know that membership is steadily increasing, and we are now in eight states at this time.
    The Defender would like to extend apologies to our members for the Magazine not being updated lately. Though, we have been updating and improving the whole website and increasing our merchandise in the Store as well. We are basically done with this two month hibernation, and now back on the streets again.
    We will be calling on more of you in the future to hopefully participate in our efforts to spread the word, coordinate events, develop local community cooperation with each other, and to improve on the logistical operations for the Defenders.
